This company offers little to no grace period for new hires to get acclimated. There is an expectation of immediate, flawless performance without the structured training necessary to support that level of output. Resources, files, and materials are provided in a scattered and overwhelming manner, often without clear context or guidance, making it difficult to understand expectations or succeed in the role. I encourage young professionals to look elsewhere for employment, as they are notorious for the “quick to hire, quick to fire” mentality. Proceed with caution
