There is no pros except the wordings and commitment when you join or sign the 2.5 years of aggreement with them.
Cons
1. No work life balance 2. Unprofessional behaviour of management 3. You will feel like a school where HR is vice principal and CEO is principal. 4. Every one waits to complete his bonds period, no one wants to stay more than bond period except 3 people in the organisation. 5. They treat you as a labour, not as a employee. 6. They will ask you to work more than one project that means in your daily life you need to serve for 2 companies 16 hours a day. And they think that it's normal.
