Pros

None, Drive your own car into the ground for $5 a stop, if they decide to pay you.

Cons

First day on road, done 16 inspections, drove 201 miles. Only to be told the next day, 2 stops didnt count. So redoing those would have been for free for them, After 10 hours on road, and almost 2 hours prep time, paperwork. I only made $4.10 an hour, if they ever decide to pay me for work completed. Its been 3 weeks now.

Pros

There is potential to make money - are they really going to assign that many inspections to one person to make a decent salary

Cons

at $4 per inspection it is rather daunting you do spend time in your auto - so at times it seems you're driving and jobs equal out. to make $1200 month that would be 300 inspections a month - how many miles is that - I was surprised to be on glass door and see a job posting for $20 hr. Truly was.

Pros

Hard working office staff that work hard to get you onboarded. Weekly pay

Cons

Pay is EXTREMELY low and not worth the wear and tear on your car. I was given a rate of $4.00 per inspection and told that the inspections would take 5 mins or less, and that they would all be within a 2-3 mile radius, turns out most inspections are door knocks: loss draft inspections where you have to go inside peoples homes, leave letters on their doors, . I was told that I would have a 3 day work week and inspections could be completed part time whenever I had a chance… well I get 40 inspections that are within a 15 miles radius, and all due within 2 days, So realistically you might only get 20 done a day and that’s IF you’re moving quickly and you live in a small city, which I do not. When you’re not getting the police called on you, or neighbors approaching you belligerently as if you’re scoping their homes out, you have the staff calling you and asking you for rush updates or getting threatened to cancel your orders. Mind you, although the pay is weekly they might not pay you for every inspection, and they’ll claim that it’s the clients fault… they pay late sometimes and do not reimburse for miles. I wouldn’t waste my time, I promise you will regret it .
