Worst senior management ever! Completely unorganized with no one to actually lead. No follow thru on decisions that are made when problems arise. Brutality tactics and harsh abuse of employees. HR department not doing its job. Company does not pay its bills and the current plant operations due to come to a halt soon because of lack of spare parts and inventory because every vendor has the company on credit hold. Many companies refuse to do business with because of history of unpaid vendors.

Lack of clear direction from management, bare minimum staff benefits, job description during interview was not what you will actually be doing. Disorganised company overall with lower level staff reluctant to changes and managers are not really reviewing the work of their staff.
