Pros

No Pros to list for this university

Cons

Extremely poor workload management — over 22 teaching hours per week despite promises of lighter load. Subjects assigned outside specialization. Given around 100 answer copies of an unrelated subject to check. Salary around ₹50,000/month, far below the effort and expectations. Transport mismanagement — name missing from bus list despite valid pass and seat number, leading to public humiliation and being dropped mid-route. No accountability, no response to formal complaints. Arbitrary administration, no respect for faculty expertise or dignity. Not a recommended place for teachers with domain specialization or self-respect.

Pros

The university gives good exposure to the new employees.

Cons

They deduct one month's salary on the pretext that it'll be given back when you leave the organisation but it doesn't happen. The minimum workload (teaching) is 16 hours a week, which may sometimes go up to 18-20. And, the unending demand to carry out administrative work is frustrating. People given leadership roles lack integrity, and rules are frequently manipulated, leaving employees helpless. Not recommended to work.
