Pros
Good atmosphere with great people. They accepted my application while I was still a college student looking to make some money over the weekend with no experience. I was giving the opportunity to learn about consignment, shipping, phone repairs, and hardware handling to ensure the highest quality of equipments and services are deliver to our customers.
Cons
If I am being critical, they will often ask you to work overtime due to the lack of staff members. I would often stay back for 30 min - 1 hour post-working hour which they do compensate with normal pay instead of overtime pay. They might also ask you to deliver emergency parcel with your own vehicle, which can be frustrating as the compensation/commission are often not enough to cover the cost of fuel, time, toll and parking fees.
