Casual dress. Which is nice when you don't met with the public everyday. Free lunch on Friday .Which you eat at your desk and continue to work.
Cons
double standards directed at employees . Poor leadership . You have one employee that comes in late daily by 1 hour or more . Works 7 hours and goes home. Where others are expected to work 9 or more hours a day . Lunch is taken at your desk as you continue to work .\
