      Pros

      -(mostly) Social impact clients that are doing good in the world -A lot of genuinely lovely people at the junior and mid levels who care -Pay transparency bands for equity across positions and opportunity for sizeable biennial bonus

      Cons

      -Pay transparency bands are based on national averages, so doesn't line up with the high-cost cities they have offices in. -Benefits continue to decrease, thanks to parent company -Limited opportunities for growth/change within your role -They operate as a value-driven social impact company, but don't treat their own employees with those same values -A lot of the work is very siloed by client, so there can be little relief when workload is busy
