Cons

Ethics and values practice needs to be improved drastically. Employees cannot expect a good career growth. Slow moving organisation and delayed decision making.

1. Notice period 3 months and to be paid on gross salary 2. Variable pay paid after 8 months only. If actual due is Jul 18 full payment will be paid only on march 18. 3. Average salary increment is given @ 4.7 to 6% which is less than average inflation rate.
