Monstrous leadership and HR: weak, incompetent, self-serving, treacherous. If you work here, you will probably regret it. The organisation doesn't deliver for its members - it's a parasite, whose key purpose now seems no more than to support the weak DG's aspirations for a cushy non-job at the UN. The other members of the leadership team know that any competent leader would fire them, and therefore support him out of self-preservation. #me too would have a field day here: although the key predators have left, the culture is still there. Management is hated.
