      Pros

      Fun place to work, everyone is nice, relaxed workplace environment and the supervisors really care about their workers and making them feel comfortable and taken care of

      Cons

      Like any customer facing job, at times people can be a bit much, however with any sort of de-escalation experience it helps a lot.

      Great potential growth as a company and individual learning Small company with free pizza and lunch each week Experienced managers give you a good expectation for your responsibilities, role, and part on the team Coworkers are seeking individual growth and will share with you their experience and skills Work does not overlap with personal life. Plenty of PTO and benefits. Ask for more upon interview or hire Your contributions will make an impact no matter which team you are in.

      Cons

      Communication is something has been taken into account over the last year. Changes to software isn't always mentioned, so many questions over one issue or idea is brought up many times until documented and shared. That is improving as more is documented, but can cause roadblocks for all teams.
