Pros

I've really enjoyed working with GND. I'd definitely recommend the company for young professionals looking to grow their career and make connections around the industry, but I'm sure it's great experience for people at any stage. We have great reputation in Philadelphia and the rest of the Tri-State area.

Cons

I have to improvise sometimes when things don't go to plan, which can be stressful.

Pros

It's really nice to work for a company that prioritizes their clients. Too often companies are worried about cutting corners at the expense of the client to make some extra profit. We'll do anything to make sure our clients are happy, which I find really refreshing.

Cons

We work hard to make sure our clients are satisfied, but it's worth it.

Pros

They’re are genuinely no pros to working here. Work life balance is non existent, pay is too.

Cons

Pay is below national average and industry average. Males in management get an extra week paid vacation. You do not get lunch breaks. You get grilled about what happened if you take a sick day. (Which is unpaid ) and are told it’s unacceptable. Environment is toxic, horrific, and stressful. You are not allowed to open windows or shades or even see sunlight. Ceo rules my screaming and cursing and using fear tactics to keep people in line. Ceo is unbelievably greedy and heartless. Exclusively to his own employees especially if they are sick or injured, he shows no empathy and goes out of his way to make said-employee feel horrible and guilty for things like getting surgery, or a broken bone. Company is blatantly sexist. Doesint attempt to hide it at all. Women have to do all the dirty work, and have to stay late even though everyone’s salaried (which is where the endentured servitude comes in) I worked on average 55-60 hours a week there and only got paid for 40 because of salary. And even then the pay is pathetic. Culture they’re is not inline high school. Very Dramatic and stressful. People getting fired left and right. But no one knows about it until days later. Everyone is constantly swearing and at each other’s throats. And it’s clearly a direct result of the ceos behavior. When he’s not around the place is calm, normal, and people get along for the most part.
