      Good work-life balance but disorganized management

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, an overall good collective of colleagues and managers. Open to work from home flexibility

      Cons

      DIsorganized at the upper management level on what the company direction is. Projects constantly change in priority, so a lot of confusion there. For the amount of projects the company wishes to develop, we are constantly understaffed. Limited career evolution.

      Great work-life balance, but communication needs improvement

      Pros

      - Very good work-life balance and remote working. - Learning a lot about software and AI development on-the-job. - Initiating communication across companies (Jabra, Falcom, ...) is easy and rewarded. - Decent pay - at least I cannot really complain from the actual figures. - An independent mind is appreciated and valued, at least in the technical areas.

      Cons

      - Uncertainty about the future direction of the company and where I might be in one year's time. - Concerns about the overall business outlook. - Communication could be improved. While I am proactive in maintaining an overview and initiating activities, there is often little feedback or follow-up, and many people seem to be in "idle" state. - No clear career progression paths or opportunities to transition into different roles. - A company culture that places more emphasis on social or ideological initiatives than I personally prefer.
