Unprofessional business practices are insurmountable with this crew. The systems in place are antiquated. Don't expect direct deposit... oh no... too sophisticated for this management team. No strategy as how to do business, no idea how to treat customers or for that matter, their own employees. Company appears to be plagued by lack of funds as shipments to customers are repeatedly late or partially shipped. Management doesn't trust anyone, so be prepared to be micro-managed to death! Specially your emails! NOTED! There is no growth and the turn-over of employees is high. If you like to consume a lot of booze and fill you nose full of candy...you will fit right into the daily lunch special. The employee morale is low, everyone wants to leave or is planning to leave. Pay is low.

I have a list of cons. I would not ever recommend this place to any to work, buy their product or to do business with. The CEO will steal from his own mother and child. So he steals from his employees, vendors, sells defective products to customer and vendors. He minorities employees and vendors underpay them and sometimes don't pay them at all. They will suck you dry or make you go crazy with the way they do things. Also, they will offer you drugs. So if you are looking to grow your career or make a living this is not the place to work. RUN. RUN FAST.
