      Not a single thing about them is good

      Lie about salary, working hours and job title It is door-to-door sales no matter what they tell you/ position they advertise Management is extremely unprofessional, huge bully culture and they avoid tax

      Pros

      Professionals will be exposed to everything and have an opportunity to learn a lot as they put out fires created by the owners and management.

      Cons

      No career development or training, no company vision or direction, no career advancement opportunities and an overall lack of professionalism. Investment model is great, but ownership/management runs it like a Ponzi scheme.
