It’s a family owned business even though the owner says it’s not. Department heads are all related to the owner. They tolerate horrible, behavior from team leaders without any consequences because they are family. People choose to leave the company because they obviously know that the problem people will always be there. 5 people have left and the problem people still remain. The work is interesting but the culture is horrible.

When I was first onboarded, I was told this company is growing and there’s lots of opportunity. The reality is that there is major flaws in between departments, no processes, and a constant change in strategy. There is a lot of toxic energy, mainly from managers from a personal level to work level. Certain managers are rude and blame other departments making people feel bad. Not a fun work space anymore, even in a new office. Leadership are all family members making it hard for any change.
