Pros
The organization offers genuinely interesting work, especially around its social impact initiatives. Many team members were passionate and mission-driven, which made the work feel rewarding.
Cons
Because the company was still relatively small when I worked there, it lacked structure and well-defined processes. Priorities shifted often, communication wasn’t always clear, and the overall environment could feel messy and disorganized. A lot of time went into figuring things out rather than having systems in place to support the work.
