You really get the sense that Gordon cares about their employees. From entry level all the way to the top. The atmosphere and the people make it such great place work. I don’t think I’ve been with any company that goes above and beyond for their employees. Management steps up for their younger engineers to help teach them all the tools they need,, whether that be through personal one on one time or group teaching sessions after hours. They are flexible and care a lot about having a good work life balance. But at the same time, you feel valued as an employee, so you are driven to work as hard as you can to improve yourself and the company.

I'm someone who hops from job to job, because I'm unhappy for some reason or another - I've only been at GORDON for 6 months, and I'd hate to leave! They invest in their employees, very understanding and flexible, my colleagues are the best, and they let me explore my creativity daily.
