We can directly communicate with them without any second thought even they didn’t mind the same. They eat with us / play with us / and work with us on strict deadline projects. Well, during my marriage days, I had taken 15 days' leaves for the shopping, arrangements, and celebrations. They didn’t deny for the more days as well and also taken every salary hike on the time as per the expectation level. After marriage, I got late while reaching the office due to late breakfast and meals, but genuinely guys - HR didn’t ask me the same till yet.
