      work from home. access to learning material.

      Cons

      - no bonus, no allowance, no consideration for cost of living and inflation. the salary is way below the market average. - management do not care to the employees that much, their top priority is the client satisfaction, even if it means one of the team members or a whole can get dismissed. - HR is not that responsive, and when they do, they do not try to get to the root cause and resolve the issue.
