Pros

very very few, there is a bonus program but isn't that great.

Cons

Long hours, no work life balance, no employee appreciation, compliance based company, love to play the gotcha game. upper management has forgotten what it is like in the stores and how hard they work. Want everything done with minimal staff. Pay scale is absolute minimal.

Pros

A growing company in a downsizing economy with great potential for capitalizing niche markets.

Cons

Lack of 1) standardization 2) no fostering of train your replacement/succession mentality. No follow-up after training to see where employee needs improvement except thru write-ups which are demoralizing. Attitude projected "GPM" doesn't care.

Wants employees to commit to job, but company shows no commitment to employees. Company says one thing and does another.
