      1. Free beverages 2. hygienic work place 3. Work place is safe with security All the mentioned pros are nothing to do with the company. Only the work place is good.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance 2. Requirements are not clear, their expectations are unrealistic 3. No HR 4. CTO of the company is very rude , I think the upper management themselves don't share information clearly which creates bad work experience for employees. 5. Freshers should not join this company

      Good tech team. One can have good experience for work here.

      Cons

      Poor work ethics. Even if you work for hours or complete the task in time you will will never get your salary in time.Instead if you get your salary they will deduct amount on there own without giving you a specific reason and when they have to return that amount that time will never gonna come. They will take only seconds to deduct money from salary and take year to return refund the reimbursement. CEO of this company has very cheap attitude and mentality. They will make you work like hell and then they will said that you have not worked according to their condition. They don't have product manager and they keep changing things and then if task does not complete in time they will blame the employee for that. They will not give you holiday here. Even they deduct money from your salary if you have taken your leave during weekends.
