While the company is growing quickly, this can sometimes mean tight deadlines and a lot of multitasking/wearing multiple hats. It’s exciting and great exposure to functions of the business that you might not otherwise get at a big company, but it’s not for everyone if you prefer a slower-paced work environment. Despite this, I'd still say it has better work/life balance, compared to other start-ups that churn & burn talent.
Benefits are strong, but do lack a 401K plan. Leadership is looking into this, though.
