Cons
They treat their employees like crap and are VERY out of touch with modern work place protocol and work place flexibility in order to create further business. They are trying to pretend to be a modern company but fail to put it into practice. This place is ran by stereotypical old, out of touch, mildly racist C-Suite executives who refuse to listen to or trust the team they hire. They do not have an HR department so if you have issues or concerns you have zero options of someone to turn to protect you as an employee. They create a cut throat work environment which is very prevalent by the high turnover rate over the past 2 years. They feel like Snake Oil salesman that are all about the bottom dollar.
