I have been working at GRC India for the last 3 years and overall it has been a steady learning experience for me. When I joined, I had very little idea about how environmental reports are prepared, but slowly I got used to the workflow. Now I can handle projects without much supervision, which feels like real growth.

Cons

I didn't find anything wrong in this organization.

Pros

One thing I appreciate about working here is that there is some openness during project discussions. Even as a relatively new employee, I was able to share small suggestions regarding report formatting and data presentation, and a few of them were actually taken forward. It creates a sense that your input is not ignored, even if you are not in a senior position.

In my role, I get to work with both in house teams and external experts across different environmental areas. This exposure has helped me understand projects in a much broader way. The team is supportive when it comes to sharing knowledge and solving challenges.
