      Started off great but you'll see the cracks slowly revealing.

      - Great colleagues that will support you all the way during projects - Pantry snacks - Apple MacBook as company laptops

      - Too draggy meetings on a daily basis - Bias in treatment - Low salary until only you've decided to resign - OT without compensation - Unreasonable & unnecessary politics started by the founder

      Pros

      Working at any digital agency has its challenges but GREEN-i is a place where you will have room to grow and have guidance to achieve your best work. Leads and Managers are always there to lend a helping hand and give the best advice to achieve your goals and complete your work. Leave your ego at the door and come in with an open mind Work hard and work smart and you can achieve wonders at GREEN-i.

      Cons

      You will need to work outside your comfort zone at times but thats how you can also upskill. Benefits like medical arent the best but its ok considering the size of the company, in the long run this is sure to be improved upon.
