Pros
Don't try to change anything, even if it is for the better. They will drive true change-leaders out and keep the same people who have been ineffective for the last 30 years. This place needs a dinosaur call and a complete overhaul or they need to sell to a competitor. The ship is sinking.

Next to none. Good employees and decent insurance policies.
Cons
The cons can create a whole story for themselves. Poor management, terrible work conditions, over worked and under paid, perks are minimal (like some Tim Horton donuts every once and awhile) and the staff is a common target of abuse for the patients and the social workers do absolutely nothing to alleviate the situation. You will be struggling here to run a set of six chairs with a nurse and tech to help you. This place should be generally avoided if possible.
