Nice place to work

Pros

Lovely office and great AM department (especially the head of department). Lots of good people work there. There was an entrepreneurial spirit. Good effort at DEI (compared to other agencies)

Cons

A very common issue in the ad industry- the old boys club. Senior male creatives can be quite dismissive, rude, and egotistical. Not enough opportunities for female creatives. Pay is too low

The worst workplace experience of my career

Pros

Lovely office in the heart of London

Cons

Probably the worst place I’ve ever worked. The constant microaggressions from my so-called line manager made every day stressful. 1-1s felt more like bullying sessions than constructive meetings. Team members frequently pointing fingers, disrespecting one another and gossiping about sensitive information including my own. Leaving this company was the best thing to happen to my career, honestly.
