Staff, both front and back of house are very welcoming and are phenomenal people who do their jobs well. Management is standard for all restaurants, but they take the time to get to know you and genuinely care about you while also running Grill 89

As other reviews have stated, the employees are incredible. I met some absolutely lovely, intelligent, and fun people and I had a ball working alongside them. I can honestly say the same about the management as well. I experienced the restaurant in the hands of a few managers and of course when someone new comes there will be adjustments but overall I think they always handle things with grace and efficiency. It was my first job in a restaurant and I learned a lot, the other hostesses who trained me were helpful and really integrated me into this little family! I very much enjoyed my time here, it was the perfect balance of work and fun.
