Pros

Working at Grind Management was overall a great experience. They do a phenomenal job of providing exceptional training on sales and business management. I personally had no experience in either when i started, but I developed very useful skills in the training program. You are always surrounded with motivated and determined individuals that really push you and help develop your skills. Dennis, the branch manager, was a fantastic manager and leader, and he will help you reach your goals, as long as you are willing to work for them. Overall, Grind Management gave me all of the skills and tools needed to become successful in the sales/marketing industry.

Cons

There are no cons to working at Grind Management. As long as you are willing to bring a great student mentality and exceptional work ethic, you will thrive in this environment.
