Pros

The company cares about its employees, plenty of PTO even for the new hires, and a lot more after 5 years. Pay is comparable to the local job market. A great team of employees is dedicated to their jobs and providing excellent customer service.

Cons

None. As is in any other place of work, there are great days, and you'll love your job, and there are bad days when you want to take a day off.

Not a good place overall. No direction from leadership. Would not recommend overall, just a good place for a placeholder. They also gossip too much and company isn't doing good overall.
