      The truth hurts!

      Pros

      That we aren't Banyan anymore! We actually have people who work hard and make smart decisions. We have a training, HR, and policies that help guide everyone. Our technology is very good and we appear to be growing very quickly.

      Cons

      The owner needs to be more involved. Those people that are hanging on and are miserable in their job.

      Pros

      Growing fast and the technology is great. There really are many great people that I work with every day. Looking forward to see where this goes over the next several years.

      Cons

      Some of the attitudes. Since the two companies came together some people have had a hard time adjusting to the change.

      Pros

      I have been working for them for almost a year and do not find anything that the negative reviews are expressing. Sure we have our problems, but not by that extent. As far as the company being sold, the owner is allowed to do what he wants with his company. I believe he has done this for awhile, and doing this job for a number of years will wear you down. I say bravo to him. Go take the time to smell the roses!

      We could do a better job in having the systems in place to handle the volume of work.
