Pros
you can fall asleep on the job on night shift or you can just leave go to your house come back and clock out ,numerous people have done this since the company has opened so if you're lazy and like to Steal time from your employer this is the place to work at.
Cons
Absolutely no life-work balance ,never any opportunity to advance, you never get a annual review so that means no raises and they use temporary labor so they don't have to pay benefits , no paid time off for an entire year.
