Corporate structure was a mess for most of the time I was there. Gross incompetency among senior leadership and HR They will hire literally anyone who applies, even people who have been terminated with cause from the same company 3+ times. No PTO policy at all. Leadership/HR will lie to you and encourage you to do the same to your employees. HR messed up several employees' tax information, causing them to owe several thousand dollars unexpectedly at tax time. No attempt to make it right or acknowledge wrongdoing. Clear nepotism / families and friends occupying leadership positions despite not performing them. Took 3+ emails/calls to receive a response from anyone in corporate for any reason. Company is run by ex-military personnel. Toxic corporate culture meant no accountability. Corporate Lab Trainer went off on a weird eugenics tirade about how he doesn't need to be vaccinated because he's not weak, and the weak deserve to die off. Company refused to entertain wage increases; deployed a raffle system that only two people in the company could reach per month.
