Pros

People are very friendly, training for everyone is available, technical resources are plentiful, forums are held regularly, monthly birthdays celebrated, social club is very active, use of social networks, IT is stationed onsite. Annual leave loading paid at xmas, christmas eve off, great christmas parties and kids christmas parties.

Cons

If you are wanting an engaging, lively place to work, unfortunately this is not it, i come from a customer service background and used to lots of conversations and lively discussions but everyone is so focussed on the data that conversations don't exist, hence you don't really get to know anyone... not for me.

Pros

Flexible working hours, family culture inner suburb location a 9-5 job no pressure pretty much that's it and nothing else

Cons

Worst management and senior management they did not know how to handle staff and favoured a lot of longer serving staff
