Great colleagues, really smart people.
Work life balance is okay.
Cons
Unpaid non compete.
Part of the bonus is deferred for 2.5 years (and you get nothing if you leave early).
From time to time they enforce longer notice period without any reasonable justification or compensation for this.
Very little micromanagement. Data team lead is very competent, considerate and incredibly willing to invest in juniors. Colleagues are smart, patient and supportive. Regular working hours are very reasonable for a trading firm.
Cons
GSA only has offices in London. So you will be asked to fix urgent issues alone in the middle of the night. It can be stressful and tiring.
