      Nothing positive about it !!

      Owner is a true slum lord. Only cares about lining his pocket. Expects on site staff to fix things with band aids. Should of known when I started with company when Corporate office did not even have the name of the Company on the building and had electronic entry to building ?

      Higher pay band than most property management - but consider this hazard pay

      Poor and uninformed management, zero communication or opportunity for advancement, lack of trust between managers, regionals that are more concerned with personal relationships with subordinates than with managing their properties, no proper training.
