As an employee owned company your voice, and opinion matter. The management has had some growing pains recently, but it has only made the company stronger. The employees work hard to make it a successful company and teamwork is phenomenal. The benefits are great, compensation great, and work/life balance for a majority of the time is good.
GSI has a great culture overall. There are tremendous opportunities to learn new things, in a variety of different arenas. I have received great mentorship, both from my supervisors and from my peers. I enjoy my coworkers and am always looking forward to seeing people in our office. We have a bright, brand new office that is conducive to both working and fostering colleague relationships. I have noticed lots of room for upward mobility in my short tenure at the company, and see a great future for myself.
Tons of flexibility and great committed staff. The projects that we work on are interesting and challenging. GSI is employee owned and they do live that. All have a say and a part to play in making the company successful.
