Poor culture & high turnover - when leadership asked what they were doing to address this, their answer was "we have implemented a HR policy around this" Lack of leadership - most of senior leadership have left in past two years - draw your own conclusions why - as a result, lack of direction from leadership team on tough decisions Short-term focus by leadership to chase unrealistic targets. This has lead to under-resourcing at the expense of brand equity and employee happiness caused by crippling workloads Poor work/life balance in many teams due to employees leaving and this being absorbed as a 'saving' instead of the position being filled Technology is caught in the past decade - needs to catch up

Deceptive management, made my position redundant in order to employ the clinical director's wife whose position was being eliminated by the creation of a new company. I have since found out that the company's redundancy method was *illegal*, offering me no opportunities for redeployment. GSK is a company bereft of ethics, and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or colleague to avoid them like the plague.
