Pros

Excellent sales opportunity, great commission potential, decent income, good foot traffic for a dealership, good business plan, decent marketing strategies

Cons

Only put one star in Overall because it wouldn't let me put no stars. Owner micromanages, owner talks down to employees, owner has a pompous attitude, owner is a toxic leader, owner disrespects employees and treats all as if equally undesirable to work with. If the owner were a military leader he would surely find his men to quickly become insubordinate and mutinous, and he would be relieved of command for inability to foster a positive atmosphere.
