      Pros

      President/Owner wants you to succeed. They are constantly growing larger and larger. Therefore I believe there is room to grow and prosper in this company.

      Cons

      They isn’t a general training SOP there is little lack of communication/follow through by some of the management. But since this company is growing so fast it is to be expected and they are trying to hire more people to fix this issue.
