Unrealistic expectations Draconic work tracking Micromanagement

Just don't come. Micro-management, toxic culture. If you come here for the pay(which may be high if you are a non-US contractor), you won't be happy. It's remote, but you will be tracked using their unethical monitoring software. For getting 8 billable hours, you typically have to spend 10 hours +. Again, it is not worth it. Life is more interesting out there! Lots of freelance jobs out there paying higher than this(with no monitoring software and toxic management and team)
