      Decent pay.Matching 401k.People on shop floor was pretty laid back.

      Cons

      Worked 7 days a week.Bad management.Front office did not fix any problems on shop floor.Lazy people got away with everything.The CEO flew down from Michigan just to spend 5 minutes to tell the people that the company will be shutting down at the end of 2022.
