The thing I missed most when I left law enforcement and corrections nearly 7 years ago was the brotherhood, the family that many of us came to be. I've never experienced a private company that treated me like a family member, but GUARDIAN RFID feels like a family.
Cons
The company works in the corrections industry. If you're not comfortable with jails and prisons, this many not be the company for you.
