Worked here when it was called Globant Gut (previously Vertic) in creative. The culture is awful and management is the most unprofessional. Constant overwork, constant emotional blackmail from management. Embarrassing temper tantrums occur at random. Many employees who are too scared to speak up. PM’s are nice but many have no idea how to manage a project. Stay away at all costs, the company hasn’t changed just because they snuck under an nice agency brand.
