Pros

Ability to work remotely, working for a brand marketed as impactful.

Cons

The workload is consistently heavy, with some recognition and below average compensation. Management routinely deflects accountability and rarely follows through on meaningful change. Issues raised are often addressed temporarily, only to return to the status quo shortly after. Leadership appears more focused on immediate financial outcomes than long-term sustainability or team well-being. Industry expertise is frequently disregarded in favour of personal opinions, which undermines professional integrity and progress.
