Run away!

Pros

Literally none! I have more than 20 years of experience and worked with a lot of people, This company is by far the worst.

Cons

I’m not sure where to begin, but I feel obligated to document this clearly for anyone considering employment here. The culture consistently communicates that employees are “second tier,” regardless of role or title. Compensation trends noticeably below market, bonus eligibility is routinely undermined through shifting criteria, and the benefits package is among the weakest I’ve encountered. More concerning are the workplace conditions. The office has experienced flooding on three separate occasions. At least one incident involved discolored “brown” water, and yet employees were still pressured to remain onsite rather than the space being treated with appropriate urgency. Operationally, the company relies on severely outdated systems that are inefficient and difficult to use—resulting in excessive manual work, delays, and avoidable errors. The time spent navigating tools and uploads often exceeds the time spent doing meaningful work. I could provide additional examples, but this should be sufficient: proceed with caution. If you have other options, I strongly recommend exploring them.

Pros

A very flexible and young environment, you get the chance to work in cross-functional teams, with many skilled co-workers from which you can learn a lot.

Cons

There are many systems and applications used in the company, sometimes it's very tough (especially at the beginning) to understand the complexity of the company, as well as the huge amount of exceptions that should be learned and managed.
