This is one of the best companies I've ever worked for, if not the best ever. Great atmosphere, outstanding professionals, constant challenges and where your ideas and opinions were highly appreciated.

Cons

Actually there were not many cons. Perhaps the only draw back was the difficulty of promoting a professional or to be promoted. A professional had to really be well above average in every way so a promotion could justified.
