Management is absolutely atrocious to the point where this location seemed to be on its last legs when I departed. If you know how to run CNC machines well and want to be treated like a human, You'd be better off looking elsewhere. The benefits while seeming good on the surface are a pale comparison to what this location used to offer, and going hand in hand with that, raises are seemingly random and more often given to employees that preform poorly but are needed depending on their time there. Most get a raise when they threaten to quit.

Company is not doing well. Not hitting budgets, yet executive leadership still gets their bonuses.
