"The work culture here is extremely poor. There's a high level of micromanagement, and hard work is not valued. Success in this company seems to depend more on office politics and gossip rather than performance or dedication. Even working long hours—up to 20 hours a day—doesn't guarantee recognition or growth. Management appears to prioritize people they personally know over those who truly contribute."
